1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BNWO Reparations ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Age Requirement - 18+ ONLY
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. Nature of Service
BNWO Reparations is a platform facilitating voluntary cryptocurrency donations between consenting adults. The Platform merely displays profile information and cryptocurrency addresses. We do not process, hold, or have access to any funds transferred between users.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating profiles
- Use the Platform only for its intended consensual adult purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency transactions
- Not engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
- Not impersonate others or create false profiles
5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
All transactions are conducted directly between users via Bitcoin. BNWO Reparations does not control, process, or have access to these transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once you send Bitcoin, it cannot be refunded or reversed.
6. No Refunds
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all contributions are final and non-refundable. By sending Bitcoin, you acknowledge this is a voluntary donation with no expectation of goods, services, or refunds.
7. Content Standards
Users may not post content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for user-generated content or transactions between users.
9. Limitation of Liability
BNWO Reparations shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from cryptocurrency transactions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts.
